Using precision agriculture, a significant answer to rapid population growth has emerged by combining information and communication (ICT) with sustainable agricultural development, which brings out new techniques for improved farming that is productive, competent, well-regulated, and preserves the climate. Precision agriculture utilises big data (machine learning, deep learning) as a key ICT technology with substantial data analysis skills, helping agricultural practitioners understand farming methods and execute accurate choices. This article aims to make readers aware of the newest uses of Big Data in smart agriculture and familiarise them with its social and financial issues. The following text contains a description of several technologies and tools for creating data, in addition to descriptions of techniques for analysing and using big data in precision agriculture. Additionally, despite the use of big data technologies in agriculture, certain hurdles remain.
